I felt that I waited too long just to drop off my car and also could’ve at least got a car wash, but other than that their customer service was good

Oliver was great! He was very patient with our indecisive mind and truly understood the value and decision we were making. Provided us with good information and walked us through the entire process I did go a little lower on the reliable experience as it took longer than expected and while Jesse was great, there were other internal processes that took longer and made it a bit frustrating. Other than that both Oliver and Jesse were great!
