As we were walking into the house he explained briefly his findings outside and then got to work inside again explaining what he was seeing along the way. RecommendedVery professional! Arrived early for the inspection and begin working right away by looking at everything possible outside. We requested to be there for the whole inspection, they let us do that. As the men worked they explained the things that they found. They asked us during the inspection if we had any questions and fully answered anything that we asked. At the end they reviewed everything with us and once again asked if we had any questions.
