Same day Service! Great Dealership!, I got exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and also in service. They found me a great lender, a great car insurance rate (and helped me get it started) bent over backwards and turned a first time buyer into a lifelong customer. There just awesome!

We are from the St Robert area and own a Hyundai Sonata. This can be a problem when it comes to service if you live far from the Springfield area. The first couple times we tried to arrange for a loaner car to enable us to get around while the car stayed in the shop all day. This did not work out in part I believe because we did not get to speak directly to Mark Mahoney in person. However, my faith is restored! A positive, quick and no hassel experience. Have bought several cars over the last few years and this is a professional operation. The salesman was pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and never pushy. Felt like he would have spent all day working with me if needed. Stayed with me during the wait for finance and made sure I was taken care of. I have to leave for a military deployment in ten days and my wife had been nagging me about getting a vehicle with four wheel drive for the upcoming winter. Tim is the best car salesman I've ever come across. He has an almost unbelievable wealth of knowledge, not only about cars, but about all the other dealings with the sale and financing of a vehicle. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and was able to answer all my questions. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, ask for Tim. I'm so happy with my new car!
