I always take my Mazda to Reliable Imports to be serviced. I appreciate the personal attention that especially Jason Gaddy gives, but all employees in the Mazda service department are professional and helpful. I rated a 4 out of 5 for price because the oil changes are a bit more expensive here than at the chain stores, but the personal overall care they give to my car is worth the extra price to me. I think price for major work is comparable to other dealerships/service shops.

My first visit to Reliable Hyundai was for a pesky rattle in the trunk at 2800 miles,they earned my businees when they found the rattle & fixed it. Now 75,000 miles later these same guys are still helping me with my service. i have never had an issue getting my problems addressed as soon as I pull in. They were very helpful while test driving cars and looking for financing to replace my current vehicle. Gary Stokes was very patient and listented to my preferences while I test drove several cars, and was not pushy or rude.

We bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from this dealership and the sales team was more than helpful. They provided us with all the information we needed and answered all of our questions. Our salesman was very knowledgable and kind, which was very refreshing. Now I have had the car for a year and a half and have taken it to be serviced several times. By far the best car-buying experience we have ever had. We went to test-drive the 2011 Hyundai Sonata, and loved it - of course. Our salesman, Jared, was informative, well-spoken, and very helpful. At this point, we told him that we wanted to sell our vehicle privately and would not make a purchase until we had done so. Jared did NOT pressure us to trade-in.
