Drew Buchheit was super respectful of my time and patient throughout the week. He returned every message in a timely manner and listened to me and answered all my questions. Mark, the tech guy thoughtfully explained every aspect of the inside features of my NX and reassured me I could reach out in the future if I have any difficulties!
