"Fast, friendly service." Arrived unannounced for recall service, and was met by James Clayton, Service Advisor. James immediately arranged for the service, gave an estimated time of repair (ETR), with a promise to call me upon completion. I was called early, and told my car was ready to go. "Not a good impression." I had very high hopes with this dealership given their ratings on Google. They proved me wrong. Two weeks ago I and my wife visited the dealership to look at a brand new 2018 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X. "Customer Advocate" For over 18 months I was unhappy about the decision I made to purchase a vehicle from Reliable Nissan.
