This is only my second time at the dealership. Both times for oil changes and the most recent time for recalls. Staff were nice. My only issue was not getting an itemized receipt with everything completed for the visit and the didn’t even wash and vacuum my vehicle.
Dealership was clean , everyone freindly. Unfortunately they left oil/grease on the outside door , steering wheel , and the inside door handles. Other than that the work on the car was as good as in the past.
The dealership was pretty good overall. Its definitely more approachable than the other Nissan dealership in my city. Its clean and has plenty of stock. Employees I encountered were nice and hardworking. Craig Stewart was easy to work with, he specifically convinced me to sit down and talk numbers. I’ve spoken to tons of people at many dealerships.
