I wanted to find a new off-road vehicle. I have been doing a lot of camping and hiking lately, and needed something with plenty of room and power and off-road capability. I told them some of the features I was looking for and set up an appointment to go in. When i got there, they had a car pulled up ready to show me. My wife and I were looking at a few different cars online. We inquired on a juke at Reliable Nissan, and we promptly recieved a phone call grime Adrian. I was shopping around online for a used Altima. I submitted a form to get an "e-price" on one of Reliable Nissans preowned Altimas. Within 5 minutes of my submission, I received a phone call from Adrian. He was very knowledgeable and offered me my E-price up front. Purchased a new truck. Jared the sales guy was great and took care of us the entire time we were there. This was a no hassle sales experience. The wait to see the finance guy was a little to long though, waited over 2 hours to close the sale.
I had a really great experience over at Reliable Nissan, Abdul and Greg were great and really listened to my concerns and needs. They were able to make a great deal for me. Very friendly and real during our negotiations. Later I found a few very minor problems that i had with the truck after the purchase and they very easily could have blown me off, however they fixed they up right on the spot. I was treated very professional and with respect. They did not pressure me to buy something I didn't want. I had been to another Albuquerque dealership where they tried to sell me a model of a Rogue that DID NOT fit me and my needs. Nadine had a car waiting for me to drive that suited me to a T!!
