The sales associate was very informed and new his product. However the negotiations on price and delivery took many hours more that it should have considering it was a cash purchase. The time required when picking up the car and finishing the paper work was ridiculous. It has been 2 months and they have still not conpleted their commitments

We walked in to the service department to have a service done on our daughter's car, 2000 Maxima, that we had recently purchased for her from a person. We have a 2001 Maxima and know how great this car is. While at the dealership we were looking at the new cars and Dave Luchetti showed us the Juke. We really liked the Juke. I was driving by on a Saturday on the way to look at vehicle for my wife at a different dealer ship. I was not in the market for an new vehicle for myself.
