Waited about 2 hours. when it was completed they did not rotate my tires. Was not going to wait longer.

Lanika is a great person to do business with. She is caring, attentive and very informative. She went out of her way to make sure my grandson and I were safe when we had car problems which happened late at night and when we were 3 hours away from home. She is to be commended for going beyond her scope of practice in keeping her customers safe and satisfied. Thank you Lanika and Sammy on my purchase of my nice vehicle.

Lanika was very helpful. When I had a problem with the Jeep Latitude she went out of her way to pick me and my grandson up when we got stranded and late at night. She has been very informative, thoughtful and caring. Nissan is very fortunate to have a person like her working for them. I hope she gets acknowledged and rewarded for her hard work.
