Learned to be alert and look at old receipts to make sure I didn’t recently have the service. Also learned that making an appointment doesn’t matter because making an appointment only means that “it gets you in line for service. Doesn’t mean your car will be looked it at the appointment time. I could still wait a day or more before my car is looked at. The last few months my opinions about reliable have really plummeted
Easy to work with. Not too much pressure. Good overall experience. I would recommend Reliable Nissan.

I needed a diagnostic run on my truck. Made an appointment specifically for one only to find out when I got there that you don't do diagnostics on the weekend. Why would you schedule me for one if you knew I couldn't get it done on that day. So I ended up just getting an oil change. Service was fine no complaints there. Wish my time wasn't wasted though.
