I had been looking for about a month for a new car. Being young and just starting my credit I was very worried about the process. I heard and saw ads for a Nissan versa and I was very hopeful that this car would work for me and my budget. I have purchased vehicles with Reliable many times and met with Nikki to inquire about a new vehicle. Initially she was very sweet and fast at what she did. I felt however, that she spoke too quickly about price and payment and never asked what I wanted in the vehicle . I expected a spike in my payment, however I felt that she was more into making and finalizing the sale than actually hearing me out about my initial concerns of taking on the payment that soon. On 04/22/2014 I brought my 2005 Nissan Altima in because the starter was not working. I was charged $786.00 dollars. I was quoted by Santa Fe Auto it would be $280.00 total for parts and labor for the starter. After they claimed the work was completed - the car wouldn't start, I had to wait 30 minutes for it start and it barely ran. I brought it Southern Auto in Rio Rancho and they replaced a sensor and said there was no work done on the starter. I was ripped off and it was dishonest work. Avoid at all costs!!
