Nadine went over and above our expectations. She was incredibly professional and personal. She did a great job listening to both my husband and myself. She took the extra time to bring the cars we were considering right to the door step of the dealership. She explained each of the models in detail and highlighted their differences. Salesperson here was a nice person. When it came time to finance however......Terrible. First off, I told them I was looking for a vehicle, and didnt want a credit pull. They said they just needed info to make an offer on my trade. LIE. First thing this morning I have a hard inquiry on my credit, when I SPECIFICALLY said to both the sales person and the manager that I didnt want it pulled yet. My salesperson Abdul talked me into trading my vehicle while I was waiting in service. I had contemplated this for some time but was a little pessimistic due to my credit history. After speaking with the manager (Anthony Sorensen) I felt compelled to at least entertain the notion. The sales associate was very informed and new his product. However the negotiations on price and delivery took many hours more that it should have considering it was a cash purchase. The time required when picking up the car and finishing the paper work was ridiculous. It has been 2 months and they have still not conpleted their commitments

Andres Martinez at Reliable Nissan was the mosts friendly-ist sales person I have ever met. He made us feel like family and took care of all are needs asap, explaining everthing about the new car, to John doing our financing, to Leila cust. relation. We walked in to the service department to have a service done on our daughter's car, 2000 Maxima, that we had recently purchased for her from a person. We have a 2001 Maxima and know how great this car is. While at the dealership we were looking at the new cars and Dave Luchetti showed us the Juke. We really liked the Juke. After purchasing we are enjoying the Juke and the great mileage we get from it. It has many options that we find useful and I think we will enjoy the Juke for may years to come.
