There was a lack of communication regarding my vehicle. No one seemed to know when my vehicle would be ready until I showed up in-person. They had my car there for two entire days.

Reliable iNissan is a great place to buy car and get services, they are helpful, fast and accurate in their car knowledge. The staff has great customer service.
Service writer was great. BUT I was told my vehicle fluids would be checked and refilled if needed during the 30,000 mile maintenance which was not done. Also, I was told my vehicle had been vacuumed which was not done. Maybe little things but it’s important to me if they were supposed to be done.
