Miscommunication between mechanic and manager, problems never noted during past visits that put me in a drain of uncertainty.
Initial interaction with service personnel was okay. Service was said to take one hour but took more than two hours. Service personnel made no contact with me until I got tired of waiting and went to the service area to inquire about my vehicle.
