I prefer to go to nissan, but I am finding fewer reasons to do so. Oil changes are 3 times the cost than other businesses, and it's so hard to make an appointment, much less one that is quicker than 2 hours. Why does it take so long for an oil change when other places can get us in and out in less than 30 minutes? What is the purpose of an appointment? We only went because we received an email for a $30 oil change, rather than the normal price of (yikes) $90.

The process of buying a car at this dealership is quicker them most including the financing department which always takes the longest.
