I appreciate the prompt service and all of the staffs attentiveness. The is the first new vehicle I have purchased in many years.
I arranged an appointment for noon on Friday for an oil change. I arrived shortly before noon and my truck was serviced as scheduled. No problems ,service was great.
Good customer service. Took a little longer than I wanted. But over all friendly and helpful.
Everybody was very excellent They were very professional They let us know what was coming up has far has service
David was exceptionally kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a terrible experience at the other Nissan dealership in town and when I called Reliable to ask if they could do the 30k service that I had taken the day off of work to have completed, David went above and beyond to make that happen. I am so grateful that he turned my day around and made me feel safe driving around the state for my job.
Saw a truck I loved at the CW mall but, not in the color We wanted. AQ sent me to the dealership across the street to see the colors offered. He also told me about promos. Matthew and Jesse were like amazing! Painless process. Had a great selection of colors. Very patient with me. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service, ease of transaction, plus the truck🔥 Highly recommend Jesse and his team at Reliable Nissan CW
Brandon was a very helpful person. Answered questionsd about my car.& having to get it serviced so soon.
Abdul Kebe is always great to work with. He is knowledgeable and friendly. It is always a positive experience working with him.
We had good experience from this place, the sales person were friendly and experience on what they did, thank you.
