The entire team was great Manny was fun and professional. Just a heads up. I have ox warranty insurance and when I spoke with them they stated they are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 until 4:00 and if the service company calls them directly they get paid immediately. I filed through an email to ox and now my reimbursement check does not come for 20 days which is December the 10th 2024. Other than that had a wonderful experience with Nissan service center. I enjoyed how helpful David Barrera was. He explained the whole process of getting my truck inspected for a recall . He also gave me an estimate for the buying of my truck. I was offered coffee which was really needed. The other staff members were courteous. The lobby, show room etc, were very clean and welcoming.
