My appointment went good. I was working with 2 representatives but Marissa was the most helpful. She adjusted my total after almost being charged $110 more. She didn’t hesitate to fix the probate make sure everything was good on my receipt.

Very extremely helpful plus they cut my phone adapted to my car. They went to my insurance company with me and beyond gave me popcorn and a drink asked if I wanted pizza I was part of the family.

The people are great. The organization not so much. Since I bought my rogue I felt less than taken care of. Especially my Nissan who refuse to fix a problem that was not my fault and left me stuck with the bill. I don't understand the point of a warranty if it doesn't cover things??? And yes I do understand the reality that Nissan would not cover something that was caused by me however in this particular instance I don't believe it was caused by me.
