I was in Reliable Nissan this Saturday to fix my axle boots and received great customer service

Reliable has had a hard time maintaining a good quality workforce, with a Customer focused staff. I came in to get some Recall work done on my vehicle to find out you had not ordered the party in. so now I have to bring the vehicle back while you bring the part in and then do a computer update on the system. Would have been nice to have had you ordered the part first since you knew what I was coming to have done. As for the staff they are very courteous and seem to try to want to do the right thing.
Service was completed quickly and service technician called to let me know the car was completed.
