I just picked my car up from getting repaired for the second time in 2 years at Reliable Nissan and both times my car was fixed as expected. It would be nice if they washed it before returning it to me this time and generally make sure it's ready for me to drive off in.
I have using this dealership for about 11 years and am consistently impressed with their commitment to quality, honesty , and integrity.
I have bought my last 5 vehicles from Reliable Nissan so needless to say I’ve been very satisfied with all the different departments. I consider Abdul a personal friend, Ramón in the service department is great as well as Sophia in the area that finalizes vehicle purchases. I don’t know who Laura Myers is on the previous screen but I’m sure she’s great as well.
I had a great experience, and it was much appreciated. Have not had this type of service with prior dealerships in the past, so very thankful. I would recommend their Service Department to anyone.
