Great at appointment keeping. Really nice guy John. Good service. Disappointed that loaner cars are no longer available.

Learned to be alert and look at old receipts to make sure I didn’t recently have the service. Also learned that making an appointment doesn’t matter because making an appointment only means that “it gets you in line for service. Doesn’t mean your car will be looked it at the appointment time. I could still wait a day or more before my car is looked at. The last few months my opinions about reliable have really plummeted
