Fast, friendly service. Arrived unannounced for recall service, and was met by James Clayton, Service Advisor. James immediately arranged for the service, gave an estimated time of repair (ETR), with a promise to call me upon completion. I was called early, and told my car was ready to go. When I arrived to pickup the car, James explained in detail what was done, and it was not just one item completed, but a second recall item was completed as well.
