Rick would call to update me with my vehicle status. Took longer than expected to get it fixed and he offered me a rental which Stephanie got me in in less under 20 min of being there. They were both great!

Overall the service was excellent. My only issue was the fluids were not topped off, along with a courtesy car wash was not done. The service to check out was disjointed and the technicians seemed disorganized and disoriented.

Went in for an oil change and spoke with Briana Salazar who was friendly, caring and knowledgeable. She not only treated me like an important customer but treated me as a friend although I’d never met her before. She took time to explain a couple of questions I had and did it all with a smile. 👍🏼😊

The service is usually good, but it always seems that they are understaffed. Haven't been offered a car wash last three times I've been in. Nissan recall brought us in. Otherwise only come here when absolutely need to.

Nice work but the wrong battery was put in my key fob. Also battery died 2 weeks after visit.
