I truly believe that service is about relationships. I had a great experience. I felt valued as a customer. Josh McCracken created an awesome experience for me. I was feeling discouraged and what he said inspired me. Prior to coming I was thinking about going somewhere else to get an oil change. It’s because of Josh I’m glad I had my services at Reliable Nissan. I’m now going to come to Reliable Nissan for my oil changes because of Him.

Experience was good but I did have 2 issues I did not like. First I arrived and my car was done and parked so I decided to look around the lot for a bit but no call like 45 minutes later, so I went to service desk and they didn't know why no one contacted me that my car was ready. So I don't know how long it was parked there, ready. Second my car was not washed which they usually do as a courtesy.
Eventhough Rick was super busy and alone, he let me know that he was aware I was waiting. He was pleasant and respectful.
