Even though the service department was short staffed, they still got me in and out in less than an hour. Everyone there is always very kind.

Ramon always has my best interest in mind. He always gets me in and out quickly with the best service. And always make sure I understand what has been done to my vehicle and make sure I don't have any questions before I leave.

Craig was not pushy to make the sale. Therefore I was not pressured to make the purchase. He gave me plenty of time to think about my decision

Service dept was GREAT! Ended up paying for a repair instead of trading car in. The sales dept wasn’t great. Did not feel like we were helped to the best of their ability. We spent 5 hours+ and still did not buy a car. I was never told the appraised amount of my trade in. I was very disappointed.

First I like to thank Nick the service MGR. Thank you for going above and beyond for my family and I! Great guy, very knowledgeable and helpful for our needs! We came in for a detail on our SUV. I was not very impressed with the cleaning on interior. I have a 3rd row and they didn't even vacuum the back and attend to the 3rd row seats. The outside was okay... didn't really take the time to clean the rims and tires very well! They was a front tire that had sand over it. I think Misters would of done a better job.
