Having a new mirror installed on my Frontier Pro 4X pickup was an expensive proposition, but Reliable got the part ordered and got it installed pretty quickly. The strange thing was that the day after I had the work done someone called from the dealership and said I had missed my appointment (which I had not). I guess I should have asked for a refund since I was supposedly a no-show.

Took to long to get paperwork. Had to wait for my extra key AGAIN. Last vehicle I got from you had to wait for the second key. The tint was bubbled on my passenger window. But redid my tint. I told them to get me seat covers for the 2nd n 3rd row for the hassle but nothing was done.

I was promised a new set of floor mats and paperwork copies of what I filled out, but I have yet to hear back. Overall experience was really well. I’m really enjoying my Nissan and I’m hoping in the future when I’m ready to upgrade I’ll probably be swapping to another Nissan since I had overall a great experience.

We had our transmission replaced on our car, the parts arrived quick and the repair were finished quick. However when I went to pick up the vehicle i was directed straight to cashier, paid my bill and given the keys. No one went over the details of the repairs or what to do for maintenance nor what to do if something goes wrong. This was not a simple oil change, with amount I paid I expected more.
