The people that helped me were professional and helpful. They worked hard to get the service done quickly with an appreciation for my time.
Before installing the $4.000 part, the technician checked the connections one more time to make sure the part was absolutely necessary. The checking of the connections resolved the problem and my car was repaired at no cost whatsoever. I really did appreciate their honesty.

I was checked in by one person then handed over to another person and didn't hear from him until I went to inquire about my truck. I asked about checking on a whirring noise coming from the vent when the heater is on but if checked, it's not reflected on the invoice. I was also told that my tire rotation was complimentary, but it was not, I was charged. Not a lot but, I was told one thing and something else was done. My services and interactions have always been good except this time. I hope it that this was an exception.
