Trading my 2018 Kia Optima sport to a 2019 Nissan Miss Ricky was my agent. She addressed all my concerns and evil went to higher ups to explain things that I did not understand. However she is new at this she is very patient and goes out of her way to make sure things are as they should be and then some. This whole process took about 3 days with no pressure.
