I actually didn’t buy a vehicle from Chad Betzler at Reliable Toyota...yet. We ended up finding something that my wife liked at another dealership, but Chad Betzler really impressed me by checking in with me on a regular basis over about a month of shopping. I’m impressed by his work ethic and friendliness while not being “pushy”. I actually feel guilty for not buying from from Reliable Toyota but when it’s time for me to buy, Chad will be the first one I check with.
