I recently bought a brand new 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD off-road 4 x 4 six-speed manual. I’ve been a lifelong salesman in real estate and other sales jobs, and on the buying side I am probably a complete pain and hard to deal with. Frustrated at Reliable

I was pretty unsure which vehicle I wanted and went on several test drives before making my decision. Bruce Smith II was patient, informative, and very well educated on each vehicle that I looked at. I've purchased a LOT of vehicles, this was my first at Reliable Toyota- and I must say, this experience was definitely simpler than most and I can't say enough great things about my salesman. Jack was very professional, knowledgeable and just genuinely pleasant to work with. We never felt pressured. This is the second vehicle we have purchased here in the last 5 months. Highly recommend Reliable Toyota And recommend asking if Jack is available.

I came in today with low confidence of selecting a new vehicle for myself. Mr. Adam Mackenzie was first on sight and greeted me with great hospitality. We together selected a vehicle very easily and quickly. In the meantime we talked about various things and Mr. Mackenzie was able to connect and speak with you like a long time friend. After it was all said and done not only was able to drive my new vehicle off but knowing I made a friend today. Thank you Mr. Mackenzie.
