First time buying a car in a very long while due to an auto accident. Chad Betzler in used car sales was our sale consultant. He was very patient with us during the process and accommodated our request for an overnight trial so my spouse could test drive the vehicle we eventually purchased. I appreciated their transparency and was very happy with the process all the way through, including their finance team. I would definitely recommend Chad and Reliable Toyota.
