He was following up and called at a crucial moment stopping us from making a huge mistake on a sub-par vehicle. We received a flier in the mail offering a deal on our 2018 if we traded it in on a 2020. We went in and talked to Drew. He came back with what was offered even though we had 50,000 miles on the Rav. He made this the easiest car purchase I ever made. Great to work with.

Jakob Brownlow is a very personable, knowledgeable guy who helped us get our first Tundra truck and he’s about to do it again. Jakob looks you in the eye, actively listens, and then acts to make whatever you need to happen if it’s possible. If it isn’t, he still might find a way. David Pierce is a major league service provider and a competent diagnostician. He really cared about what we needed and went out of his way to make it happen.

Austin Goans was my sales person. I purchased a 2020 Toyota Rav4. He was so patient because i had alot of questions and requests. Wasnt pushy and let me make up my mind once he presented me all my options.
