no pressure, but got what we asked for My husband and I worked with Ian Letterman at Toyota. We were in a position where we both needed a new car at the same time. Ian asked what we were looking for and helped us find what we needed. We never mad us feel pressured and Ian helped us out over a couple of months until we both found what we needed. He was great to work with!
