We were initially in the market for a new car, but inventory is low (thanks COVID), so we tried our hand on the pre-owned side. The husband found a Camry he liked and we walked through the doors with a greeting from Chad. Seriously, one of the most fun experiences we’ve had car shopping. No hassle, no pushing. Part of the reason we purchased day-of was most likely due to being comfortable with our salesman. So, if you’re hitting up Reliable Toyota in Springfield, go see Chad Betzler.
