I am late posting this, it happened at the end of January this year. Awesome customer service from my salesman Nathan Bright. We showed up just to look at RAV4s at about 5 minutes till closing time. At the previous dealer we had stopped by, they just ignored us for a half hour till I went in and got help. Even though it was so late, Nathan came out and told us all about the cars we were looking at. The car dealer turned off the lights and he just kept talking to us for about a half hour.
