Lem is THE MAN Lem was great! I drove to Springfield to pick up a car from another dealer. The car was exactly what I saw in the photos. So, I decided not to purchase the vehicle. I had kind of talked my wife into the vehicle I was picking up and she was in between this vehicle and a BMW X7. Found an X7 at BMW of Springfield and Lem made sure the entire process went flawlessly. Thank you!

Good experience Austin was super helpful. Appreciate his help! I would recommend him to others. His manager was somewhat pushy, and forced the situation at times. Car had some body work problems that I thought would be fixed... they were reduced but not gone.
