Surprisingly great experience. Down-home friendly. Came in to look at a used 2019 Barcelona Red 4Runner. Our appointment was set up with Adam CLare and Kyle Orr on Tuesday (3/17/2020, St Patties Day). They made us feel comfortable when we arrived and my wife and I took the 4Runner for a spin to see how well it preformed. Awesome customer service!!! Ian Letterman was great from the start. He had the Jeep I purchased in the building so we could look at it out of the weather. He understood what I was looking for and made it happen. My decision wasn't a fast one and I never felt pressured. Great experience!

Austin Goans and Reliable Toyota are AWESOME!! After visiting several dealerships in search of the perfect new car, we met with Austin Goans at Reliable Toyota in Springfield.
