Jakob was amazing, great experience at Reliable I wanted to get a Highlander for my wife, Jakob was beyond amazing, he was very kind and patient, he took us step by step in the process showing us the different models, we went for a test drive twice because we were still hesitant, he even offered us to have it for a third test drive. Once we decided, he made the process very smooth and we were out in less than an hour with the new plates on. Thank you Jakob.
