Bought a Used Truck I bought my second vehicle and Adam Clair from used car department assisted me from start to finish. Adam even offered to drive my newly bought truck to my house as I didn’t have anyone to drive it as I drove my other car. The only thing I would mention is when I have to call the department to ask if I can get a loaner car while waiting for the truck to replace the windshield is, there is a salesman who answered the phone named Scott who blamed me not arranged the loaner car during the sales process. Bruce Smith is Awesome! I was pretty unsure which vehicle I wanted and went on several test drives before making my decision. Bruce Smith II was patient, informative, and very well educated on each vehicle that I looked at. I've purchased a LOT of vehicles, this was my first at Reliable Toyota- and I must say, this experience was definitely simpler than most and I can't say enough great things about my salesman.
