What a dealership should be I can?t say enough about Reliable. We?ve purchased 2 vehicles from them and will soon be buying a 3rd. My wife has had her vehicle serviced here for over 10 years and won?t take her vehicle anywhere else. Just like any relationship, trust is built over time. Reliable has earned and continues to earn our business.
Helpful Salesperson I stopped by BMW to get a light on my SUV checked out. I inquired about a different vehicle on the lot while I was there. Andrew, a sales guy there, was very helpful and had a great approach. He was not aggressive or overbearing like a lot of car salesmen these days. He showed me some options with his manager. He mentioned that he is new. He is doing very good for a new guy!
Helpful & Pleasant I stopped by to look at a car in front of the BMW building and Andrew greeted me. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He showed me a few models and was not pushy at all-unlike some other dealerships in town. He even followed up with me the next day My significant other and I ended up purchasing elsewhere but I would definitely recommend the Reliable Dealerships
Marc DeLafuenta provided a great sales experience! My husband and I purchased a car from Reliable BMW, and overall it was a great experience! Marc DeLafuenta and his team provided excellent service from the time we called to inquire about a car until we purchased it 24 hours later. His attention to detail and understanding of our need to get in and out of the dealership quickly is unsurpassed. Our 4 hour drive from Little Rock, AR was worth it.

Super friendly staff Just beginning my search for a preowned Lexus, and as one might expect, I wasn't excited about going to a dealership. To my surprise the experience wasn't an agonizing one. The people were very friendly, and when I explained I wouldn't be in the market until early next year, I wasn't dismissed or treated rudely .
