Worst dealership I have ever dealt with, better hope your Worst dealership I have ever dealt with, better hope your auto doesn't have a recall. Brought in my truck for regular maintenance and left with a loaner for almost 5 months. Was told many stories during those 5 months that this review would be frankly too long. I am trying to get Toyota USA to buy the truck back. Since this dealership cannot and will not make things right. Overpriced! Overpriced!! keep you there for 6 hours, lie about the Extended warrenty and forge the paperwork afterwords,won't call you back, and mailed out tittle paperwork late so I had to pay the late fee of $25.00. DONT BUY HERE!!!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

These folks use an automated email system which they These folks use an automated email system which they don’t track, or follow up with. I responded to the person who contacted me and let them know what we are looking for. Then they sent another email introducing themselves. Then I sent another email again and then they sent another email saying “we haven’t heard from you”. They don’t track their own system, they just use automation. Very impersonal and awful experience. Will not purchase here.

We didn’t have the experience we hoped. We didn’t have the experience we hoped. Our sales women Sofia was a kind girl but unfortunately not knowledgeable of the vehicle in any form or the process of selling a car. Spent over 5 hours there. We had some questions & concerns we voiced. The most frustrating part of our experience was every question we asked she ran off to the other female salesman and thankfully she was able to answer them. Finance & Service Teams Are a Joke! Don't waste your time or your money on this place! This was the WORST experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. My daughter is a college student in Springfield and I drove 200 miles from St. Louis to come to town to help her out because she needed a vehicle. Disgusted My old car broke down pretty bad so I went shopping online and saw a used 06 Honda Accord with low ish miles priced at 6550 and thought it was a decent deal. I saw the high reviews at Reliable Toyota and thought it would be a good dealership, trustworthy and professional and whatnot. At the door, I was helped by Anthony Archuleta. I'll Never Buy Another BMW I recently traded my 2022 BMW 740i for the new 2023. I only had a short time, but was excited for the redesign, so I traded (knowing that I'd lose about $20,000 in the transaction). I was ok with that, knowing what upgrade I'd get.
