Bought a New BMW X5 My husband and I visited Reliable BMW on a weekday morning, and asked to drive an X5. The staff was happy to help. We took a quick test drive with the salesman. Bought a used Toyota forerunner from them and our Bought a used Toyota forerunner from them and our salesman Max was great to deal with. But the sales manager Yamil Gutierrez was intentionally misleading and added on $5000 worth of warranty on a loan without disclosing it when the car already came with a warranty. Absolutely do not buy a car from this dealership.

Sam L. keeps emailing me with spam but won’t respond to questions. Poor customer service and business practices. My parents have bought several vehicles from here and won’t be doing so moving forward.
Never stopped calling me!!! I didn't buy a car from them but until I told them I bought another one, they called me everyday!!!! So annoying!!
