RecommendedIt helps my lower back discomfort, plus I like it’s all natural. I don’t know if it would help someone with extreme issues, however, why not try it as the alternative is to invasive. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the size of the pills and capsules. I wish they were a tad smaller, making it easier to swallow.
