I think it has helped me with my pain but can't say I'm pain free. Still have pain in my back but think it is Arthur and he just refuses to leave. I think it is a good product.

Mary Jo, we're glad you're getting relief. It may be worth trying an extra dose a day for awhile to see if you can get the relief you're looking for. Everyone's body is different, and everyone's pain is different. Some people need to take a higher dosage for longer to get through the pain they are dealing with.

I was to a point where I couldn’t walk comfortably without limping because my feet hurt so bad. My knees and my hips ached So bad at night it would wake me up.
