I submitted my rental application on Friday, 8/15/25. Prior to applying, I called on 8/12 to confirm the process, and the leasing agent, Taylin, assured me there were no other applicants and that I would hear back within 48 hours of submission. Brennan Property Management has managed six of my rental properties for seven years. I couldn’t be more pleased. When I have a tenant move out of any of my properties Randee Brennan normally has a new tenant in place within a few days. Before I decided to sell, Randee Brennan was my property manager for several years and did a great job for me.Then deciding to sell my home John and his whole team were awesome! There was a lot to be done to get the house ready to sell. While I was living in California John and his team handled so much for me and got my house sold very quickly. I've been a tenant with Brennan Property Management for about 4 years now and couldn't be more satisfied.
