Javier spent a lot of time with me, answering all my questions, showing properties and making recommendations. I was getting emails from him everyday with new and updated listings along with email from him directly. He is punctual and always seems to have the time for me. He has knowledge of all aspects of Real Estate, which is a big help to someone like me that doesn't. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. This has been a very pleasant experience.

Edgar provided an excellent service selling my rental property in Anaheim. The short-sell process was very smooth; he facilitated and took care of every detail taking in consideration that I had moved to a different County and had tenants occupying the rental. My tenants at the time observed his professionalism and integrity that they ended-up buy a house with Edgar's help. I'm very pleased with service and hope to do business again with him and team in the future .
