5 stars is not enough! We would give her 10 if we could - she is that good! We just got married last year and are first time home buyers. We looked everywhere in Orange County before deciding we wanted to buy in North Tustin which is a really competitive market right now given the low inventory. Hugo is very knowledgeable when it comes to the process. Also, he is very respectful and professional. He went above and beyond his duties. For example, he contacted the Hoa association on my behalf and ask important questions.

Javier sold us our Loft in 2012. He was professional and experianced, he helped us work on a very complicated transaction with many moving parts. His commitment to his client did not go unnoticed. He is the best agent we have ever worked with. We've worked with, possibly, over ten agents over the last two years trying to find a new home. After meeting him he made sure to stay in contact with us. He was easy to get a hold of. He took us out to see properties on our schedule. Any questions that we had he answered. We found our new home shortly after meeting him. During the closing process he would call every few days to tell us how everything was going. I have known Hugo for many years and had the pleasure on working with him in the past. I can say with confidence that Hugo is very honest and respectful and cant say that about to many people these days. I meet Cecilia at an open house early in 2013. Cecilia has a great understanding of the market and very friendly. She does her best to answer every call and if you leave a message, she responds to you quick fashion. If you have a chance to meet Cecilia in person, she is a warm and knowledge agent.
