Renee was very pleasant and communicative, especially during the initial part of the loan process. There were a few areas toward the end where she gave me inaccurate information about a couple of documents needed that could have been easily handled with a form. Instead, I spent two days trying to get a copy of my social security card at SSA offices, when a form was then accepted. Renee had told me I could walk into any SSA office and a copy of my card, but that is not the case at all. I also received short notice to supply t... read more
