The method of processing the payment checks was slow and cumbersome. We received the checks mid-afternoon on 12/22. We prepared them for mailing and got them to the post office the next day. Being a holiday weekend they could not have been received until today (12/27) at the earliest. It would have been cleaner if payment had been made electronically directly. “Interest rates and fees”competitive are critical. Customers want to know that they are getting the best deal from a mortgage company. It is recommended your company include a breakdown from two other competitors and provide the service or assurance that “this is the best deal”. I didn’t feel assured your company was doing the best deal.
