Their technicians are very thorough and answer all of our questions. They are prompt and very professional. Their work is exceptional. The windows are neatly installed and visually pleasing. They offer a selection of color, very good about explaining how to clean the windows and screens. We've used them a couple of times before and we continue to use them.
<p>Part of the project was that we wanted some doors replaced. We had a door doing from our basement to our garage that is an unusual size. We had a salesperson and a contractor from Renewal by Anderson out several times to look at that space and to help us pick out a door since it is an odd size. It had to be custom-made.
