The salesman was very friendly and informative. However, my husband and I felt like we were at a time share presentation. Especially at the very end where there were new prices if we would "buy today". We did not purchase any windows from the. Much too pricey for us. <br />
Had a great experience with Renewal by Andersen. The installers were quick, professional, kept informed, and they made me feel comfortable with having them in my home.I will definitely recommend them to my friends. Only gripe at all is the price, but at the end of the day it is an investment in my home and I'd rather pay for longevity than be worrying about windows sometime in the next 20 years!me <br />

The very agreeable salesman came out to our house, carefully looked over everything and did preliminary measurements. We were quoted a price and, with the special deals they offered and some other negotiation, we agreed on a price. Within a few days we had set up a date for Anderson to come out and replace the windows. Two wonderful workers arrived on time, and worked tirelessly to replace everything.
